Come and join a group of runners for a 5-8km run at an average pace of between 5:30-5:45/km starting and finishing here at The Spread Eagle. This is completely free to join aimed at bringing social runners together, to meet up and also have others to run with. All of course ending with your favourite tipple! You’ve earned it right? Runners can also arrange longer weekend runs or interval sessions between themselves.
